Jake + Morgan started their love journey at Harvest Bible Chapel in East Peoria, Illinois. Jake came with his friend (his best man!) and immediately spotted Morgan! It was extremely fitting for these two then to say their vows in the very church where they met!
One of my favorite moments of the day happened before the wedding began. It was Morgan's first look with her Dad! (These are quickly becoming a favorite of mine!) I still feel teary-eyed when I look at these photographs and the emotion that this moment held for both of them. I am so thankful for photographs since I can't even begin to describe how that felt, but you can sure feel it when you see them!
After the vows, Jake helped Morgan up into his truck and off they went! We headed way out into the country to capture some more photographs where the light was simply beautiful as it poured through the trees and tall grasses.
Everyone was SO ready to get their party on at Morgan's Dad's house! Their reception was full of rustic wedding decor that fit their style perfectly! From mason jar mugs, to popcorn in barrels, to cupcakes on wooden crates, and candles in large mason jars on wood slices! It was everything a rustic-themed wedding should be!! And I must add that the dancing on that wooden dance floor over those rocks sounds AMAZING when everyone was stomping their hearts out to the music!
