Where do I even begin with this wedding? It has taken me longer than usual to put this full wedding blog together because I just couldn't pick what photographs to feature because I absolutely loved them all! I will do my best to describe their day, but the photographs following my words are what will do it justice.
Our day began with the Cuadrado's and their bridal party as gifts were being exchanged. There was so much love and excitement in each room as Juan and Alexandra began to prep for their first look. And what a first look it was! Hands down one of the most intimate and pure moments I have photographed between a couple. Just the two of them in the exact spot that they would soon vow their whole hearts to one another for a lifetime. ( It was so fantastic that it got it's own blog post! See the whole thing HERE.)
The day was blistering hot...no joke...It was 100 degrees! You would never know it by looking at these photographs though! Juan + Alexandra, along with their bridal party, were absolutely amazing about taking time outdoors to get these beautiful and timeless photographs! I am so thankful we did because they are truly some of my favorite photographs I have ever captured!
The ceremony stage was thoughtfully and artfully designed to feel as if you were sitting outside the entrance of a lovely English garden. The theme continued as you entered the reception where you walked under that entrance into a magical garden setting. There were boxwoods lining the walls of the room and lovely designs on every single table. The entire night was a cocktail party with never ending amounts of food at each station. No one left that party hungry! The vendors behind this entire wedding are listed below! They truly outdid themselves and it was such an honor to photograph their creativity and talent!
After the speech, the dancing began. Wow....can these people dance! Alexandra is a ballerina and Juan is from Spain. Add in ALL their friends and family who can dance (with actual talent and passion) and that my friends is a recipe for a fantastic night of dancing! Throw in a lot of cheering from Juan's friends from Spain, a dance circle, Juan being hoisted in the air and you have an epic night! You do not want to miss the dancing pictures. I promise!
It truly was the most elegant and creatively designed wedding I have ever had the honor of photographing. Add in the most kind, thoughtful, and romantic couple and you get magic. Pure magic.
